Why is Pending Cashback Only an Estimate?
Pending cashback is tracked on a best-effort basis and may change after final confirmation from the store. Many stores do not provide complete details upfront, such as purchase amount, product category, and user type. Once confirmed, the final cashback amount may be higher or lower depending on these factors.
Are There Cases Where No Cashback is Earned?
Yes, some offers and stores do not qualify for cashback. These will not carry the additional cashback label, but you can still use coupon codes and deals to save money.
What is Pending Cashback?
Pending cashback is cashback that has been tracked but not yet confirmed by the store. Once the merchant verifies the purchase (typically within 4-8 weeks), the cashback will be updated to 'Confirmed'.
What is Confirmed Cashback?
Confirmed cashback is approved cashback that you can withdraw anytime. Once your confirmed cashback balance reaches the minimum threshold, you can transfer it in the form of cryptocurrencies like USDT, Bitcoin, or Ethereum.
What Happens if My Cashback is Declined?
If a store cancels your cashback, the amount will be removed from your pending balance, and the status will be set to 'Canceled' in your cashback activity page. The store has the sole discretion in determining cashback validity. If you believe your cashback was wrongly canceled, you can submit a claim, and we will attempt to resolve it with the merchant. However, once a retailer makes a decision, it is final.

Does Cashback Expire? What Can I Do With My Balance?
No, cashback never expires! Once confirmed, you can convert it into any supported cryptocurrency and transfer it to your wallet (minimum withdrawal limits apply).
